AIGuard
Effective Date: September 2026
By routing traffic through, accessing, or utilizing the AIGuard API proxy and related dashboard tools (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service[cite: 8]. If you do not accept these terms, you must immediately cease usage and revert your LLM base URLs to their default providers[cite: 8].
AIGuard provides an AI perimeter security proxy (Blindfold) to tokenize sensitive PII in real-time before it reaches external LLM models[cite: 8]. Additionally, AIGuard provides web crawler firewall rules (RoboGate) and automated compliance reporting[cite: 8].
AIGuard operates on a Bring-Your-Own-Key model[cite: 8]. This means you provide your own API keys for downstream AI providers[cite: 8].
To ensure strict alignment with global data sovereignty and privacy frameworks, our operational relationship regarding end-user data is defined as follows[cite: 8]:
The User (Data Controller): You act entirely as the Data Controller[cite: 8]. You dictate the context in which user prompts are collected and passed through the AIGuard proxy[cite: 8].
AIGuard (Data Processor): We operate strictly as the Data Processor[cite: 8]. We process the text strictly in volatile memory, extract PII, forward tokenized data, and restore it[cite: 8]. We do not use your prompts or PII to train our own models, nor do we persist the raw unmasked data to disk[cite: 8].
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis[cite: 8]. While we strive for zero-latency, high-availability architecture, we do not warrant that the service will be entirely free of operational interruptions[cite: 8].
Under no circumstances shall AIGuard or its engineering team be held financially liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including regulatory fines, lost revenue, or downstream provider billing spikes) resulting from the use or inability to use the proxy service[cite: 8]. AIGuard generates compliance documentation, but this does not constitute formal legal advice, and you remain exclusively responsible for validating your legal compliance[cite: 8].
AIGuard reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time[cite: 8]. For material changes impacting API usage limits or pricing, we will provide at least 30 days' written notice to your registered email address[cite: 8]. Continued usage of the proxy after the publication of new terms constitutes your explicit acceptance of the revisions[cite: 8].
If you require technical clarification regarding these terms, SLAs, or Enterprise deployments, please direct your communication to our dedicated team at contact@aiguard.solutions[cite: 8].
